I started blogging in the year 2015 when my sister helped me set up a site and I realised that writing is very therapeutic for me, in some way this blog is a sort of online journal. My blog is a collection of some of the lessons I\u2019ve learned so far. Some people may ask, <em>&#8220;What does she know about life?&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-adtags-visited=\"true\">Well I know that life is full of <em>highs and lows<\/em>: situations that will put a smile on your face and others that will have you frowning or scowling &#8211; and you have to be prepared for whatever season is upon you. I also know that there is something to be learned from <strong>every<\/strong> situation, no matter how ugly it looks. This is my journey, it involves overcoming a great deal of internal battles in order to forge healthy interactions with the external world &#8211; with Jesus as my guide.
